The Duck Club is made up of swamps, farm ponds, creeks, beaver ponds and the Tar River. The hunting is done in Johnston, Franklin, Nash, Edgecombe and Warren counties.  The club is kept small so our tracts of land are not over hunted.  We try to also manage our hunting areas by planting millet when the weather permits us to. The club is going into its 5th year now. Each year, we try to get new areas for duck hunting to add to our club.  If you are seeking to join a small Duck Hunting Club with active members this club is for you.

The Quail Club is going into its 2nd year now. This year, we picked up a new tract of land in Halifax County. The land is 250 plus acres of planted pines. Right now, there are130 acres of pines that have been thinned just for quail habitat and hunting.  The land owner has done an awesome job of setting up this area into block and trails great for quail hunting. There are areas that have been set up for native food plots for quail and fall/winter plots will be planted within the next year or so.  More pines will be thinned to increase the amount of quail hunting areas for the club.  This land is intensely managed for quail hunting. Each year, blocks of pines will be control burned to increase the native food for quail and keep the hard woods from getting out of hand. If you are looking for a great place to hunt quail and train your dog, this is the place.  In addition, a 5 acre Dove field has been set up for dove hunting all season long. The club is also set up as a Private Hunting Preserve for its members.

The club will have land set up for Turkey hunting just for the members of either the Duck or Quail Clubs. You can be a member of both clubs or just one of the clubs to enjoy this added benefit.
